ला नीना परिस्थितियों और शीतकाल के मद्देनज़र यूपीसीएल प्रबंध निदेशक ने निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति हेतु दिए निर्देश

उत्तराखण्ड पॉवर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड (यूपीसीएल) के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री अनिल कुमार ने आगामी शीतकालीन मौसम और संभावित ‘ला नीना’ (La Niña) परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए राज्य में निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति बनाए रखने के लिए सभी फील्ड अधिकारियों को विशेष तैयारियाँ सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं।
प्रबंध निदेशक ने कहा कि आने वाले दिनों में अत्यधिक ठंड, नमी, कोहरा, वर्षा एवं बर्फबारी जैसी प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों का असर विद्युत वितरण प्रणाली पर पड़ सकता है। ऐसी स्थिति में निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पूर्व तैयारी और तकनीकी सुदृढ़ीकरण आवश्यक है।
उन्होंने सभी विद्युत वितरण खंडों को निर्देशित किया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में विद्युत नेटवर्क की मॉनिटरिंग करें और आवश्यक तकनीकी कार्य एवं रख-रखाव समय पर पूर्ण करें। साथ ही, 33/11 के.वी. उपकेंद्रों, फीडरों और ट्रांसफार्मरों का विशेष निरीक्षण कर निवारक रख-रखाव (Preventive Maintenance) कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
श्री कुमार ने कहा कि ट्रांसफार्मर, ट्राली, केबल, कंडक्टर, इन्सुलेटर जैसी आवश्यक सामग्री पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध रखी जाए, ताकि किसी भी आपात स्थिति में त्वरित मरम्मत कार्य कर आपूर्ति बहाल की जा सके।
इसके साथ ही, सभी आपातकालीन मरम्मत दलों (Emergency Teams) को सक्रिय रखते हुए उनके पास सभी जरूरी उपकरणों की कार्यशीलता सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है। बढ़ती शीत ऋतु की विद्युत मांग को देखते हुए लोड प्रबंधन की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग और लाइन लॉस नियंत्रण पर भी विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
सभी अधिकारियों को अपनी तैयारियों की साप्ताहिक रिपोर्ट मुख्यालय को भेजने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं, ताकि राज्य स्तर पर इसकी प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग की जा सके।
जनता से अपील की गई है कि वर्षा, हिमपात या तूफान के दौरान खुले विद्युत तारों या टूटे पोल के पास न जाएँ। किसी भी आपात स्थिति में निकटतम विद्युत कार्यालय या हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1912 पर तुरंत सूचना दें।
