कोर्ट ने प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में पूछे गए सवालों को चुनौती देती याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए यह निर्णय दिया है। कोर्ट ने आयोग को सामान्य अध्ययन के गलत सवाल को हटाते हुए प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का परिणाम फिर से जारी करने व आयोग के 2022 के रेगुलेशन के अनुसार मैरिट लिस्ट जारी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
आयोग की ओर से डिप्टी कलेक्टर, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, वित्त अधिकारी-कोषाधिकारी, सहायक आयुक्त राज्य कर, राज्य कर अधिकारी, सहायक नगर आयुक्त-अधिशासी अधिकारी, अपर मुख्य अधिकारी जिला पंचायत, जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी आदि के 120 से अधिक पदों की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का परिणाम आठ अक्टूबर को जारी किया गया था।
प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में करीब 1200 अभ्यर्थियों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए सफल घोषित किया गया था। कोर्ट के निर्णय के बाद मुख्य परीक्षा को लेकर भी गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।
बुधवार को न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति रवींद्र सिंह मैठाणी व न्यायमूर्ति आलोक मेहरा की खंडपीठ में हरिद्वार के कुलदीप सिंह राठी की याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई।
जिसमें कहा गया था कि आयोग की ओर से आयोजित प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सामान्य अध्ययन के एक सवाल को गलत तरीके से बनाया गया है।
आयोग की ओर से कोर्ट में माना कि ने सामान्य अध्ययन में एक सवाल गलत तरीके से बनाया गया था, जिसे हटा देना चाहिए था। कोर्ट ने भी कहा कि आयोग को यह सवाल हटा देना चाहिए था।
याचिकाकर्ता के अनुसार सामान्य अध्ययन के 70 वें सवाल में ‘6th फ़ूड सिक्योरिटी इंडेक्स, 2024’ का जिक्र है, लेकिन 6th स्टेट फूड सेफ्टी इंडेक्स, 2023-2024 के स्कोर को जवाब माना गया है। कमीशन को 2022 के रेगुलेशन 9(iv) के तहत इस सवाल को हटा देना चाहिए था।
